摘要: 根据石英110℃热释光技术原理,推导了热释光测量方法的数学表达式,研究了石英热释光超线性相关特性。结果表明:石英热释光的超线性指数随辐照剂量的变化而变化,线性指数最大可以超过4,最小只能接近0。当前剂量特别大或热处理温度特别高时,T2陷阱被完全填满,竞争消失,热释光的超线性随之消失。

Abstract: The physical model of 110℃ thermoluminescence of quartz was theoretically constructed in the present work. The superlinearity of the thermoluminescence of quartz was explored. The rsults show that the superlinearity index of quartz thermoluminescence changes with irradiation dose. The maximal superlinearity index can be larger than 4 and the minimal index can only close to zero. When the predose is very large or annealing temperature is very high, T2traps are almost all occupied, there are no more competition traps, the superlinearity of quartz thermoluminescence disappears.
