露点变送器温度补偿方法研究

摘要: 为解决露点变送器测量准确度受环境温度变化的影响,分析了环境温度变化对露点测量准确度影响的机理,结合现用基于双谐振湿敏元件的露点变送器,提出了基于自适应分区拟合曲线的温度补偿方法,开展了测试验证。测试结果表明该方法可有效提高露点变送器温度环境适应性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the measurement accuracy of dew point transmitter is affected by the change of ambient temperature,the mechanism of the influence of ambient temperature change on the accuracy of dew point transmitter is analyzed,combined with the existing dew point transmitter based on double resonant humidity sensor,a temperature compensation method based on adaptive partition fitting curve is proposed,and then test and verification is conducted.The test results show that the environment temperature adaptability of dew point transmitter could be effectively improved through this method.
