摘要: 设计了一套基于MAX1452的压力变送和温度补偿系统。通过建立数学模型,分析了温度漂移的原因和补偿机理。设计硬件电路,并编制软件系统。通过试验验证了数学模型和补偿机理的正确性。试验结果显示,传感器补偿后全温度范围内误差相较于补偿前提高了一个数量级。

Abstract: A pressure transmitting and temperature drift compensation system is designed based on MAX1452.By establishing a mathematical model,the causes of temperature drift and the compensation mechanism are analyzed.The corresponding circuit and software system are designed.The correctness of the mathematical model and compensation mechanism is verified through experiments.The results show that the total error over the full temperature range after sensor compensation is increased by an order of magnitude.
