摘要: 精密电阻在智能化仪器中发挥重要作用,对电阻的测量准确度需求也越来越高。基于量子霍尔效应的量子电阻标准可以解决传统实物电阻标准的诸多问题,为电阻计量提供了全新的途径。本文描述了量子霍尔效应和量子反常霍尔效应,阐述了基于砷化镓异质结和基于石墨烯的量子电阻器件及阵列的发展,总结了基于砷化镓异质结的传统量子电阻标准的优缺点,介绍和分析了新型石墨烯量子化霍尔电阻标准的优势、发展现状,以及交流量子霍尔电阻标准的最近进展。

Abstract: Precision resistance plays an important role in intelligent instruments,and the requirement for accuracy of resistance measurement is higher and higher.Quantum resistance standard based on quantum Hall effect can solve many problems of traditional physical resistance standards and provide a new way for resistance metrology.Hall effect is introduced,and followed by description of quantum Hall effect and quantum anomalous Hall effect.Development of the quantum Hall resistance devices and array resistance based on GaAs heterostructure and graphene are introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of traditional quantum resistance standards based on GaAs heterostructure are summarized,and advantages of the quantum resistance standard based on graphene and its current development status are given.Progress in AC quantum Hall resistance standard is introduced.
