摘要: 脉冲电流的准确可靠测量在国防军工计量领域有着极其重要的科学意义与应用价值,脉冲分流器是脉冲电流测试中常用的信号转换装置。从脉冲分流器的原理出发,分析各国脉冲分流器研制的现状。围绕其结构开展研究,对脉冲分流器进行分类,总结出不同结构和材料分流器的测量范围、准确度等特性。研究结果为可为脉冲分流器的发展方向、今后提升脉冲分流器的测量准确度提供参考。

Abstract: Accurate and reliable measurement of pulse current has great scientific value and wide applications. In the pulse current measurement system, pulse current shunts are the common devices for signal conversion. Based on the principle of shunts, the status of the pulse current shunts was investigated. The structures of the pulse shunts were focused. The pulse shunts were classified, and furthermore, the measurement range, accuracy and other characteristics of shunts with different structure and material were summarized. The research provides reference to the development direction and the promotion of measurement accuracy of the pulse current shunts.
