摘要: ISO16063-34给出了采用激光干涉绝对法进行振动传感器温度灵敏度校准的方法,解决了其溯源问题。文中给出了采用绝对法进行振动传感器温度灵敏度校准的不确定度评定方法,在深入研究影响振动测量因素的基础上,根据试验结果和经验数据给出了校准不确定度评定实例,为后续开展振动传感器温度灵敏度的不确定度评定提供参考,同时为高低温振动测量准确度的评估提供依据。

Abstract: According to absolute vibration calibration of laser interferometry in ISO16063-34,the calibration method of vibration transducer in fixed temperature was given.A uncertainty evaluation method of vibration calibration in fixed temperature is proposed in this paper.Basing on the effect factors research,the experimental results and experience,the relative expanded uncertainties of complex sensitivity at reference condition are evaluated.This method provides the reference for uncertainty evaluation of temperature sensitivity of vibration transducers in the future,and a basis for the accuracy evaluation of vibration measurement in temperature environment.
