摘要: 设计了一种航天领域使用的火工品自动测试仪,介绍了测试仪的主要功能、技术指标、测试原理和系统组成。测试仪能够实现火工品的阻值测试和绝缘测试,将实时测试的数值与相应的合格证数值进行对比,并判定是否合格,将最后的记录存入U盘。具备测试时间记录功能和故障报警功能。经过系统调试与测试,该测试仪能够长时间可靠稳定地运行,完全满足了用户的使用需求。

Abstract: A kind of automatic explosive tester used in aerosystem was designed. The main function, technical index, test principle and system composing of the tester was introduced. The resistance test and insulation test of the explosive device were carried out by the tester. The realtime test data was compared with the corresponding data in the eligible certificate, and the data was judged whether it is eligible or not. The last register was stored in the USB flash disc. The testtime registering function and failure informing function were provided in the tester. Through debugging and testing, the tester runs reliably and stably in a long time, and the user′s requirement was completely satisfied.
