摘要: 介绍了一种高准确度、具有差动流量细化分度、电机转速特性适配和恒渗漏等特性的新型液压力源,以及该液压力源在航空发动机试车台现场校准方面的应用情况,与实验室校准结果进行了比较,得出了航空发动机试车台推力现场测量方法适用的结论。

Abstract: A novel hydraulic force source is introduced in this paper with the main features of high accuracy, refined dividing of differential flow, adaptation to the motor′s speed characteristics and constant leakage. The application of this hydraulic force source on in-situ calibration of the aero-engine test bed was carried out, and the result was compared with that from the calibration in the laboratory. Finally, some applicable conclusions were summarized on the thrust calibration of the aero engine test bed.
