摘要: 随着量子信息技术的快速发展,单光子探测器作为量子保密通信等领域的核心器件,一直是行业内的研究热点之一。近年来各类新技术的应用使单光子探测器的性能得到很大提高,同时,对其测试、校准技术的研究也受到关注,尤其是基于量子物理效应的新型量子计量方案得到国内外计量机构的重视。文中对单光子探测器的工作机制和单光子探测器国内外校准技术的研究进展进行了简述,梳理了国内外基于标准探测器和相关光子对开展探测效率校准以及后脉冲概率、时间抖动参数的校准技术现状,可为相关领域研究人员提供参考,并对未来技术发展方向提出展望。

Abstract: With the rapid development of quantum information technology,single photon detectors,as core devices in fields such as quantum secure communication,have been one of the research hotspots.In recent years,the performance of single photon detectors has greatly improved with the development of various new technologies.At the same time,the research on testing and calibration techniques of single photon detectors has also received attention,especially the new calibration technology based on quantum physical effects,which have received attention from various metrological institutions.A brief introduction is given to the working mechanism of single photon detectors and the research progress of calibration technology of single photon detectors at home and abroad.The current status of detection efficiency calibration based on standard detectors and correlated photon pairs,as well as calibration technology for after-pulse probability and time jitter,is summarized.This can provide reference for researchers in related fields and put forward prospects for the future development of technology.
