摘要: 目前测试红外焦平面阵列相对光谱响应参数时,需要人工测量波段中每个波长点的光谱响应,针对测试过程繁琐和测试时间长的问题,在基于现有的不同开发平台开发的单色仪和数据采集系统的基础上,利用动态链接库技术,研制了一种红外焦平面阵列相对光谱响应自动测试系统,该系统测试过程简化,自动化程度提高。经过对比分析,自动测试与人工测试结果具有较好的一致性,自动测试比人工测试更加可靠。

Abstract: It is necessary to measure the spectral responsibility of every single wavelength manually when measuring the relative spectral responsibility of infrared focal plane array. But the process is very complex and timeconsuming. Based on the different platforms, a relative spectral responsibility autotesting system of infrared focal place array was researched by dynamic linking library technology. It will reduce the complicated operation and meet the needs of various device measurement.
