一种大量程比高精度差动变压器式位移传感器设计

摘要: 为了满足伺服系统反馈测量元件安装空间受限但测量范围大的需求,专门设计了一种大量程比的高精度差动变压器式位移传感器。阐述了位移传感器的原理和结构,系统的分析了现有差动变压器式位移传感器线圈绕制方法,并提出了一种新型的线圈绕制方案。与传统差动变压器式位移传感器相比,具有更大的测量范围,但外形尺寸并未相应增加,有效测量长度达测杆的70%。经试验验证,该产品在满足大量程比测量的基础上,线性度达到0.6%。

Abstract: In order to meet the largerange requirements of the feedback measuring units in a feedback system within a limited mounting space, a highprecision linear variable differential transformer(LVDT)sensor with large measuring range ratio was designed. The principle and structure of the LVDT sensor were illustrated and the coil winding method of the existing LVDT sensor which was systematically analyzed. And then, a new method of coil winding was proposed. Compared with the conventional LVDT sensor, this method had a greater measuring range without increasing the geometric size, which enables the effective measuring length to be 70% of the measuring rod. Finally, the test proved that this new product satisfized the measurement of large measuring range ratio with the linearity as high as 0.6%.

