摘要: 调频非线性失真是调频信号计量中需要测试的一个重要项目,对于一些调频失真指标很高的信号源,传统的失真度测量仪已不能直接测量其失真指标。通过分析调频非线性失真和调频线性度的关系,探讨了测试超低调频失真的一种方法,解决了用失真度测量仪不能直接对调频非线性低失真测试的问题。

Abstract: FM nonlinear distortion is an important item in the FM signal measurement. For a high-performance FM signal source, the distortion meter hasn’t directly measure the distortion index. Through analysing the relationship between FM nonlinear distortion and frequency modulation linearity, a method of test ultra-low-frequency modulation distortion is explored and the problem that FM nonlinear distortion can not directly measured by a distortion meter is solved.
