屏幕侧投影式光学目标模拟系统校准方法研究

摘要: 针对屏幕侧投影式光学目标模拟系统无法利用常规实体基准校准的问题,提出了一种利用激光水平仪投影来获得标定基准线,进而对目标视线角进行校准的方法。分析了影响目标视线角模拟精度的主要因素,针对激光基准线和屏幕平整度误差两项主要误差源及其叠加效应建立了目标视线角模拟误差分析模型,结合某屏幕侧投影式目标模拟系统的设计参数和实测数据,分析计算得到该系统视线方位角误差绝对值范围在0.008 5°至0.042 4°,视线俯仰角误差绝对值范围在0.003°至0.120°,可满足半实物仿真试验需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the calibration problem of the side projected simulator without entity datum,a method with base lines from a laser level meter is proposed,and the main factors affecting the accuracy of the line of sight (LOS) angle are analyzed.For the two main error sources of laser baseline error correction and screen flatness,an analysis model of the LOS angle is established.The absolute error of calibrated LOS angle is from 0.008 5 to 0.042 4 degrees (azimuth) and 0.003 to 0.120 degrees (pitch),which can meet the demand of HWIL(Hard Ware-In-Loop) simulation.
