光纤光栅解调仪校准方法研究

摘要: 介绍了光纤光栅传感解调系统的工作原理、结构和应用,及其工作原理图,并对其校准问题的重要性进行了论述。提出设计了一种光纤光栅解调仪校准传递件,传递件以F-P(法布里-珀罗,以下简称F-P)标准具为核心器件,利用LabVIEW开发环境设计编写波长扫描程序,配合以可调谐激光器与光功率计完成测量。研制的标准传递件的波长范围为1520nm~1570nm,测量不确定度2.4pm(k=2),其波长月稳定性在1.5pm。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the working principle, framework and application of FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating) sensor demodulating system and its working principle diagram, the importance of calibration is given definitely. A thought is given to design the calibration transmission of FBG demodulator which is taking the F-P (Fabry-Pero) Etalons as the core. It writes programs using LabVIEW development environment to realize wavelength scanning as well as combines with tunable laser and optical power meter to complete survey. Wavelength range of calibration transmission is 1520nm~1570nm, its uncertainty of measurement is 2.4pm(k=2) and its monthly stability of wavelength is1.5pm.
