摘要: 本文主要探讨一种高准确度、多量程交流电阻分压器的原理、设计与校准,研究电压范围0.5V~600V、频率高达1MHz的交流电阻分压器,实现在现有技术基础上交流电压比例计量量程的扩展与应用。并通过宽频交流电压信号采样测量技术与同步采样触发技术,将分压器后端阻抗匹配增益缓冲放大器,实现对该高准确度交流分压器的校准测试。经测试验证与分析,分压器比例计量比例误差不确定度达到5×10-6~5×10-4k=2);相角误差不确定度达5μrad~1mrad(k=2)。

Abstract: The paper mainly discusses the principle,design and calibration of high-accuracy and multi-range AC resistance voltage divider,which the range is from 0.5V to 600V and the frequency is up to 1MHz.Based on the existing technology,the AC voltage proportional measurement range is expanded and applied.The calibration test of the high-accuracy AC voltage divider is realized through the broadband AC-voltage-sampling measurement and synchronous-sampling trigger technology,and a gain-buffer-amplifier matched with the rear-impedance of the voltage divider.After the test verification and summary,the uncertainty of the proportional measurement ratio error of the voltage divider reaches 5×10-6~5×10-4(k=2).The uncertainty of phase angle error is up to 5μrad~1mrad(k=2).
