摘要: 介绍了耦合衰减法和量热法两种主要的微波中功率测量方法的原理及国内外发展现状,总结了它们各自的特点。指出量热法在微波中功率高准确度测量方面更具优势,可作为建立微波中功率计量标准的优先研究方向之一。

Abstract: The principle and developments of two typical methods for microwave medium-power measurement,couplers & attenuators method and calorimetry method are introduced,and their respective characteristics are summarized.It is pointed out that calorimetry method has more advantages in high accuracy measurement and can be one of the research directions in establishing microwave medium-power measurement standard.
