摘要: 螺纹是机械加工制造业中最为常见的重要零部件,它的质量直接影响产品质量。随着机械加工不断向特殊尺寸、特殊结构、超精密等方向的发展,工业产品质量与精度要求的不断提高,对于螺纹的测量也提出了更高的要求。本文对目前在螺纹测量领域中广泛应用的接触式扫描测量进行分析,着重对其复杂算法、误差修正进行分析,对于螺纹测量技术应用与提高具有积极的意义。

Abstract: Screw thread is the most common important part in the machining manufacturing industry, its quality directly affects the product quality. With the development of machining to special size, special structure and ultra precision, the quality and precision requirements of industrial products continue to improve, and higher requirements are put forward for thread measurement. In this paper, contact scanning measurement, which is widely used in the field of thread measurement, is analyzed, focusing on its complex algorithm and error correction. It has a positive significance for the application and improvement of thread measurement technology.
