摘要: 为了准确获取较高精度星载网状天线上柔性索网结构的张力,提出了一种通过两次做动的接触式索网结构张力测量方法;该方法通过两次做动,消除因测量过程中绳索三点弯对测量结果的影响,实现两端固支预张力绳索张力值的确定;提出了张力测量系统的设计思路,设计出了张力测量系统,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: In order to accurately obtain the tension of the flexible cable network structure on the satellite mesh antenna, a contact cable net structure tension measurement method with two actions is proposed. In the process of measurement the influence of three-point bending of rope on the measurement results is eliminated, and the tension value of the pre-tension rope with fixed supports at both ends is determined. The design idea of tension measurement system is put forward, and the tension measurement system is designed, which has certain application value.
