摘要: 针对机械反馈伺服作动器测试零位输出不稳定,测得位移量与实际测量长度存在误差等问题,原有的传统LVDT式位移传感器不能满足高精度测试需求,采用内置复位弹簧设计的新型位移传感器消除了连接部位间隙,提高了测试可靠性。

Abstract: For mechanical feedback servo actuator to test the zero output is unstable, the errors are existed between the measured amount of displacement and the length of actual measurement. The original traditional LVDT displacement sensor can not meet the demanding for high-accuracy test. The joints gap is eliminated when using the new displacement sensor with builtin return spring and the test reliability is improved at the same time.
