摘要: 为了对物体表面形貌进行精准的无损测量,设计了一种基于激光位移传感器的物体表面形貌测量系统,该系统由硬件部分和软件部分组成,硬件部分包括激光位移传感器、光栅位移平台、PCL833三轴正交编码计数器卡,软件部分包括数据采集软件和MATLAB数据处理程序。被测物体在光栅位移平台上按一定的轨迹移动,数据采集软件将X、Y、Z方向的离散点坐标数据进行存储,最后采用高斯滤波,由MATLAB程序对数据进行处理,并绘制被测物体的三维形貌图。

Abstract: In order to achieve accurate and non-destructive measurement of the surface topography of an object, a surface topography measurement system using a laser displacement sensor is designed. The system consists of a hardware part and a software part. The hardware part includes a laser displacement sensor, a grating displacement platform, and a PCL833 3-axis quadrature encoder and counter card, the software part includes data acquisition software and MATLAB data processing program. The measured object moves according to a certain path on the grating displacement platform. The data acquisition software stores the coordinate data of the discrete points in the X,Y,Z direction. Finally, the three-dimensional morphology of the measured object is achieved by gaussian filtering using the MATLAB program.
