摘要: 介绍一种耐低温新型位移传感器,传感器运用线性差动变压器工作原理。通过一系列的优化设计以及耐低温材料的选取,满足了系统低温使用环境要求,同时采用一端铰支、一端固定和远端减磨环支撑的法兰盘安装方式,克服了悬臂梁结构在振动、冲击力学环境下对传感器造成的影响,提高了产品在振动工况下的工作稳定性,解决了系统安装结构紧凑问题。

Abstract: A new type of low temperature tolerance displacement sensor is introduced, linear variable differential transformer principle is used in the displacement sensor. By using series of optimization design and low temperature resistant material selection to meet the system requirements of low-temperature environment, while one end is fixed and the other is hinged, a distal end flange mounting of wearing ring is supported,which overcomed the impact of the sensor caused by cantilever structure under vibration, shock mechanical environment ,the product stability in vibration conditions of work is improved , the problem of system installation compact is solved.
