摘要: 给出了国内外大功率测量与校准技术的研究水平和现状。对几种典型的大功率测量校准方法的原理和优缺点详细介绍。通过比较研究,提出了一种新的大功率微波测量校准方法:级联耦合测量新技术。相对于其他测量技术,级联耦合测量方法具有准确性和可靠性、可溯源性、实时性、可扩展性和可以多参数同时测量等特性,凸显了其实际运用价值。

Abstract: Recent development of high-power microwave measurement and calibration have been given in this paper. Detailed introductions also show for typical measurement methods as well as their merits and drawbacks. New method named cascade couplers technique for the measurement of high-power microwave has been proposed which has the merits of accuracy, reliability, traceability, real-time and multiparameters measurement.
