匀速升降温激励法温度传感器校准技术研究

摘要: 为了对温度传感器进行便捷、快速、高效的温度校准,介绍了一种新的温度传感器校准技术,基于该校准技术方法设计了校准炉体,利用数值热分析优化了校准炉体的结构,并分析了校准炉体产生的不确定度分量对校准结果的影响。研究结果满足当前温度传感器校准需求。匀速升降温激励法快速校准技术在测量方法上具有新颖性和创新性,这项技术的成熟和实用普及为温度计量提供全新、高效地校准方法和技术途径。

Abstract: For quick and convenient temperature calibration of the temperature sensor, a new calibration technique of temperature sensor is introduced, the calibration device is designed based on this calibration technique, the design structure of calibration device is optimized by numerical thermal analysis, the influence of the uncertain component of the calibration furnace on the calibration results is analyzed. The results meet the current needs of temperature sensor calibration. The method of uniform rising and cooling excitation for rapid calibration is novel and innovative in measurement, the maturity and application of this technology provided a new and efficient calibration method technical approach for temperature measurement.
