摘要: 介绍了电学可视化自动校准装置的原理及设计,此装置用于无程控接口的手持式数字多用表和模拟指针表的自动化计量校准。通过工业摄像机采集测试数据,并采用labview编制软件控制装置、处理数据,最终实现此类仪表的自动化计量校准。校准结果表明该校准装置能够满足此类仪表的校准要求。

Abstract: The principle and devise of the electricity visualization auto-calibrating equipment are introduced.The set is used for calibrating the portable digital multimeter and analog pointer meter without program control interface. The data of measurement is collected by industrial camera. The software is edited by labview. The result shows that the electricity visualization auto-calibrating equipment in this article can meet the demands of the portable digital multimeter and analog pointer meter.
