摘要: 转台作为一种常用的测试设备,一旦发生失控超速的“飞车”现象,将会带来比较严重的后果。介绍了一种基于MEMS陀螺的转台超速保护装置,指出了转台超速所带来的危害,描述了该保护装置的具体组成及原理,并通过Matlab仿真验证了该装置的可行性。在实践中应用该装置,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: The turntable as the commonly used test equipment will bring serious consequences once it can not be controlled or the overspeed is occurred.The overspeed protection device of the turntable  is put forward based on MEMS gyroscope. The serious harm of overspeed is given, the principle and components of the device are described in detail,and Matlab simulation shows the feasibility of the device.The application of the device reaches the expected results in practice.
