速率转台S曲线加减速算法研究

摘要: 速率转台常用的加减速算法有直线加减速和指数加减速两种方法。这两种加减速方法都存在加速度突变,容易对被测设备产生冲击。讨论了转台采用S形曲线加减速的方法,保证了电机性能的充分发挥并有效的减小了冲击,从而实现转台的平稳运行,同时给出了该方法的计算机控制算法。

Abstract: Two kinds of acceleration and deceleration methods commonly are used for speed turntable.One is the straight line acceleration and deceleration method,the other is the exponential acceleration and deceleration method.Both of the two methods have mutations of acceleration,and there will be an impact for the test equipment. S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration method for speed turntable is discussed in this article,which will ensure full performance of motor and can effectively reduce the mutations of acceleration,thus rapid and smooth operation can be achieved.In addifion, a control algorithm for computer is designed.
