摘要: 为了满足天线在室外的远距离测试需求,提出了一种外场天线测试转台的控制方法。该天线测试系统由上位测试子系统、发射转台子系统和接收转台子系统组成,通过无线网桥实现各子系统间的远距离无线通讯;转台子系统采用EtherCAT 总线,接线形式简单、容易扩展、通讯速率快;采用TwinCAT 和LabVIEW 作为软件开发环境,开发了转台的运动控制和通讯软件界面。本论文对转台子系统控制原理及子系统间通讯方式进行了详细说明,分析了转台子系统定位精度,并通过试验表明该系统满足室外远距离天线测试需求,满足设计指标要求。

Abstract: In order to meet the long-distance test requirement of outdoor antenna, a control method on open antenna test turntable is put forward. The antenna test system is composed of the PC test subsystem, the launch turntable subsystem and the receiving turntable subsystem. The remote communication between every subsystem is realized by wireless bridges. EtherCAT bus is put into use in turntable servo control because of its simple wiring form, easily to expand, fast speed of communication and low cost. Furthermore, TwinCAT and LabVIEW are used to program to develop the turntable controlling software. This paper introduces the control method of the servo system and the communication, analyze the positional accuracy and identify this antenna test system could satisfied all the needs by professional test.
