锥形同轴线阻抗渐变对S参数的影响研究

摘要: 为了使通用仪器设备的输出阻抗与锥形同轴线的特性阻抗匹配,减少回波反射,设计了锥形同轴线阻抗匹配。分别比较了阻抗指数渐变,三角形渐变和klopfenstein渐变等三种渐变线方式下的阻抗匹配部分的S参数仿真结果,为实现阻抗渐变,分别比较了变内导体曲面和变外导体曲面两种方式,结果表明采用变内导体曲面使得阻抗指数渐变时,具有较好的驻波特性,频率10GHz以下驻波小于1.2, 20GHz以下驻波小于2.5。

Abstract: In order to make the output impedance of general instruments match with the characteristic impedance of coaxial conical, and then reduce the echo reflection, a matching section is designed. S parameters with three different kinds of impedance gradient matching sections such as index gradient line, triangle gradient line and klopfenstein gradient line are compared respectively. VRSW of matching sections are simulated respectively with changing inner conductor or outer conductor, the results show that the matching section of impedance index gradient with inner conductor changing has a good characteristic with standing wave less than 1.2 under 10GHz, less than 2.5 under 20GHz.
