以方波为基波的感应同步器快速高精度融合

摘要: 根据感应同步器的粗精通道融合原理和精度要求,设计并实现了一种融合算法,该算法采用多次基波叠加,自动计算基函数的相位和幅值,减小了融合偏差,提高了系统融合的稳定性和裕度。采用方波作为基波,只使用加法器,不需要使用乘法器,可以快速地进行FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)应用,节约FPGA硬件资源和时钟周期,在其他MCU(Micro-Controller Unit,微控制单元)上应用时也可以节约时钟周期。

Abstract: According to the fusion principle and accuracy of the coarse and fine channels of the inductosyn,an algorithm is designed and implemented.Using multiple fundamental wave superposition methods,the phase and amplitude of the basis function is automatically calculated in the algorithm.The fusion function is reduced,and the stability and margin of system fusion is improved.Using square wave as the basis,only adders instead of multipliers is used,FPGA applications can be quickly implemented,FPGA on-chip resources can be saved,as well as clock cycles when applied on other MCUs.
