摘要: 介绍了量子直流纳伏电压标准的基本原理、标准的组成、实现方案以及试验数据等等。量子直流纳伏电压标准基于交流约瑟夫森效应,利用可编程约瑟夫森直流电压标准的差分原理实现直流纳伏电压的产生。提出了量子直流纳伏电压标准的基本方案及改进设计方案,进一步提升了标准的性能。量子直流纳伏电压标准能够提供高准确度纳伏级量子化直流电压信号,不仅为纳伏级直流电压的精密测量提供了新的手段,还可以解决纳伏级直流电压的量值溯源难题。

Abstract: This paper introduces the quantum DC nanovoltage standard.It includes basic principle,composition of the standard,implementation plan,and measurement dada.the quantum DC nanovoltage standard is based on AC Josephson effect.It utilizes differential principle which is based on programmable Josephson DC voltage standard to generate nanovoltage.The paper proposed a basic plan and an improved design plan,further enhancing the performance of the standard.The quantum DC nanovoltage standard is able to provide high precision quantum DC nanovoltage signals,which not only provides a new means for precise measurement of DC voltage,but also solves the problem of nanovoltage traceability.
