基于冷原子的量子真空计量技术研究进展

摘要: 在国际单位制量子化变革背景下,随着激光冷却碱金属原子技术的发展,基于冷原子的真空测量技术研究成为实现超高/极高真空范围量子化测量的突破点。本文对基于冷原子的真空测量方法进行原理解析,分析该方法的优缺点,并介绍了国内外计量机构对基于冷原子真空测量装置的研究进展情况,及项目组设计的基于冷原子量子真空测量装置原理及运作方式。综上可知,基于冷原子的量子真空测量方法在超高/极高真空计量领域具有独特优势,是实现超高/极高真空范围量子化真空测量的研究热点。结合基于冷原子的量子真空测量装置和ab-initio算法,将成为超高/极高真空计量领域原级标准的测量方法之一。

Abstract: The quantum transform of international unit system has occurred.With the development of the technique that cooling atoms by laser,the quantum vacuum measurement methods based on cold atoms has become the breakpoint in the measurement of ultrahigh and extremely high vacuum range.In order to realize the quantum transform of vacuum metrology technique in our nation.The article analyzed the theory of the vacuum measurement method based on cold atoms.Except that,the international development of this technique also was summarized in it.Lastly,the device designed by our research group was introduced in this article briefly.In a word,the quantum vacuum measurement method based on cold atom has unique advantage in the research area of ultrahigh or extremely high vacuum measurement,and it is the hot point of quantum vacuum metrology in this vacuum range.Combine the device based on cold atoms and ab-initio method,it would be the technique which has great hope to become the original vacuum measurement standard in ultrahigh and extremely high vacuum range.
