摘要: 介绍了基于分布式采集的运输环境数据综合采集系统,实现了某飞行器经铁路运输到发射阵地的振动、冲击、温湿度等环境参数的实时监控测量,后续通过车载分析系统对采集的海量测试数据进行自动批处理,得到振动测量数据的时域和频域分析、温湿度及车速等信息。测量分析数据表明,经过减振处理的火车运输支架对飞行器运输起到很好的减振效果,保障了运输过程中产品的安全性。

Abstract: A comprehensive acquisition System of transport environment based on distributed acquisition is introduced. The real-time monitoring measurement of the railway transport environment parameters such as shock, vibration, temperature and humidity is realized. The mass data of the vibration in time domain and frequence domain, temperature, humidity and velocity can be automatic batch managed by the analysis software. Analysis result indicates that the railway transport frame with damping design play a very good damping effect and keep the product safe.
