摘要: 为了验证遥测系统姿态角变换器的功能可靠性,研制了一种基于PXI总线的高精密测试系统。姿态角变换器高精密测试系统以PXI的模块化设计为平台,各功能模块板卡即插即拔,增强了硬件上的可扩展性;整个测试台为一体式设计,内嵌显示器。软件设计中采用针对测试系统的开发软件LabWindows/CVI,采用C语言进行编写,为了充分利用系统资源,采用多线程技术,通过软定时器来控制各个线程的运行和停止,并实时刷新显示数据。实际测试结果验证了设计的可行性。

Abstract: In order to verify the function reliability of the attitude angle convertor of the telemetry system, a high-precision test system based on PXI bus is designed. It is designed as modular design platform based on PXI bus, including different function module plug-in printed circuit board to enhance the expansibility of the hardware construction. The high-precision test system is an integration system design imbedding the display device. The software design, based on the LabWindows/CVI which is the specific program development software of the test system, is coding by C language. In order to fully utilize system resource, the multithread programming technique of which the run and stop is controlled by the software timer to real time refreshes the display data. The feasibility of the test system is well proven by the real time test data.
