大型结构高次曲面外形精密测量技术研究与应用

摘要: 为了完成对大型结构高次外形曲面高精度测量工作,采用激光扫描与视觉手持测量相结合的方式对结构曲面进行全轮廓点云数据提取。给出了数据融合方案,完成了测量系统搭建。将飞行器理论曲面作为基准面型与测量结果进行轮廓偏差比对,对测量结果进行分析表明该技术可用于大型结构高次曲面外形精密测量。

Abstract: In order to complete the high-precision measurement of the high-profile surface of large-scale structure, the method of laser scanning and visual hand-held measurement was used to extract the full contour point cloud data. The data fusion scheme is given and the measurement system is completed. Contrasting the theoretical surface of the aircraft as the datum plane with the measurement results, the measurement results show that this technique can be applied to the measurement of large space structure′s high-profile surfaces.
