摘要: 现代战争对雷达系统设备功能与性能提出了越来越高的要求,信号发生器作为雷达系统的重要组成部分面临着更高的挑战。针对雷达整机测试中动态目标模拟难的问题,提出了基于CPLD的雷达信号发生器设计方法。通过采用可编程逻辑器件,用拨码开关调节产生复杂的组合逻辑时序,控制雷达波形产生器和频率合成器,产生多种高频目标回波信号,模拟空中真实目标,在雷达不开发射机的情况下,实现了对雷达整机性能的测试。同时,对模拟的雷达目标回波信号进行了测试。结果表明,信号发生器满足设计要求。

Abstract: With powerful function and high performance of radar system required in modern war, the signal generator,as a key component of the radar system, is facing more challenges. Aimming at the difficulties about the dynamic target simulation on radar test, a new design method of radar signal generator based on CPLD is proposed. The signal generator adopts the complex programmable logic device (CPLD),and uses the dial code switching to generate complex combinatory logic succession which can control radar waveform producer and the frequency synthesizer for generating many kinds of high frequency target echo signal to simulate actual target on air. The complete function inspection and testing of radar were achieved while the radar transmitter is not opened. The simulated target echo signals were tested , showing that this system meets the design requirements.
