角度传感器动态角误差测量方法的研究

摘要: 针对急需解决的角度传感器动态角计量问题,设计了动态角误差的测量方法,详细介绍了测量原理、测量过程及误差的评定方法,并进行了测量结果的不确定度评定。由不确定度评定可知,转台对传感器的电磁干扰导致的读数跳动及安装误差对测量准确度影响较大,为进一步完善该测量方法指明了研究方向。

Abstract: A measurement method of angle sensor′s dynamic angle error is presented aiming at the measure of angle sensor′s dynamic accuracy which needs to be solved extremely. Working Principal, process and the expression of measuring results in dynamic measurement are produced. The uncertainty of measurement result is also assessed. We find the electromagnetic effect from table induces reading unsteadiness, which makes a bigger uncertainty. The fixing error also makes the uncertainty bigger. A study direction is found to prefect the dynamic angle measurement method.
