摘要: 为了验证发动机流量测控设备的准确性和可靠性,本文建立一套流量测控设备的校准系统,实现对发动机流量测控设备进行校准。完成了发动机流量测控设备校准系统的不确定度分析,设计了校准系统中的关键硬件系统,开发了校准系统软件系统,从而实现对发动机流量测控设备的自动控制和校准,该校准系统具有配置灵活和操作简单的特点。

Abstract:

In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the engine flow measurement and control equipment,in the paper,a set of the calibration system for flow measurement and control equipment is established,realize the calibration of the engine flow measurement and control equipment.The uncertainty analysis of the engine flow measurement and control equipment is completed,and the key hardware system of the calibration is built,the software system of the calibration is developed,so realize the automatic control and calibration of the engine flow measurement and control equipment,the calibration system has the characteristics of flexible configuration and simple operation.
