摘要: 讨论了采用级联耦合测量技术的大功率测量系统,指出大功率测量条件下引起测量不确定度的因素,搭建了基于该技术的大功率校准系统,减小了系统测量不确定度,实现了功率放大器的高精度校准和测量。

Abstract: In the article, a high-power measurement system based on cascade couplers technique is mentioned and discussed. The causes of measurement uncertainty are analyzed in the system. A system of high-power measurement is set up. More accurate data and less measurement uncertainty can be obtained in the system.
