可移动光钟探测光学系统的隔振设计

Design of the Vibration Isolator for Atomic Beam Chamber of a Transportable Optical Clock

摘要: 为了满足移动测量、异地时钟现场比对等需求,小型化可移动光钟逐渐成为研究热点,但在车载平台等典型工作环境中,振动噪声将对光钟物理部分探测光学系统的光束偏转角产生影响,从而引入频移。为抑制光束偏转角变化对光钟稳定性的干扰,首次提出一种适用于光钟物理部分的探测光学系统的隔振系统设计方法,包括计算系统基座振动与作用于原子的光束偏转角的定量关系及由此引入的光钟稳定度、实测带有测试方舱的车辆底座的振动噪声、基于光钟稳定运行对振动的要求设计三维隔振系统的结构及性能参数等主要步骤,并给出了以TS-300型主动式隔振台和500BM-1型被动式隔振台构成垂直隔振系统时的详细设计过程。仿真结果表明,当光钟位于静止的测试车方舱中心时,使用该隔振系统后由振动导致的光束偏转角对稳定度的贡献不大于2.94×10-15 τ-1/2,通过优化隔振系统,稳定度可达到1.12×10-15 τ-1/2

Abstract: Miniatured transportable optical clock has been paid much attentions in recent years as a portable instrument supporting the comparison of clocks from different stations.For an optical clock aiming to operate in vehicles when they are stopped,vibration noise shows an important influence on its frequency shift through disturbing the tilt of the beam generated by the atomic beam chamber.A novel design method of a vibration isolator applied for optical system in transportable optical clock has been proposed,including finding the quantitative relation from the vibration of the chamber base to the beam tilt and the introduced stability to the clock,measuring the real vibration of a cabinet holding the optical clock,and designing three-axis vibration isolator for the atomic beam chamber.A detailed design of a vertical vibration isolator applying TS-300 and 500BM-1 vibration isolation platform is described.It is displayed by calculation and simulation that the stability of the optical clock introduced from the beam tilt caused by vibration noise is considered to be no more than 2.94×10-15 τ-1/2 when the clock is placed at the center of the cabinet.Moreover,a better value of theoretical stability introduced by vibration of 1.12×10-15 τ-1/2 can be expected with the optimization of the sensor in the vibration isolator according to the simulated results.
