温度传感器热响应时间测试及分析

摘要: 国内对于温度传感器的热响应时间测试大部分采用油浴法,即在90 ℃硅油中进行测试,测试方式单一,没有考虑温度传感器实际使用环境与测试环境之间的关系,且测试方式为人工测试,效率较低,复现性差。针对此问题,基于Labview软件设计了温度传感器热响应时间自动测试装置,对PT100铂电阻、PT1000铂电阻和热敏电阻三类温度传感器的热响应时间进行测试,并分析不同封装方式以及不同加热方式对温度传感器热响应时间的影响,证明了不同封装方式和加热方式对热响应时间测试存在较大影响。研究的测试装置可应用于所有类型温度传感器的响应时间测试。

Abstract: Most of the domestic thermal response time tests for temperature sensors are conducted in 90 ℃ silicone oil by oil bath method,and the test method is single without considering the relationship between the actual use environment of temperature sensors and the test environment,and the test method is manual test with low efficiency and poor reproducibility.To solve this problem,an automatic test device for thermal response time of temperature sensor is designed based on Labview software.The thermal response time of PT100 platinum resistor,PT1000 platinum resistor and thermistor temperature sensor is tested,and the influence of different packaging and heating methods on the thermal response time of temperature sensor is analyzed.It is proved that different packaging methods and heating methods have great influence on the thermal response time test.The test device studied can be applied to the response time measurement of all types of temperature sensors.
