摘要: 目标行动信息是重要的情报数据内容,判断其行动信息是否可靠的一个重要依据是目标行动是否在时空上一致。通过形式化定义作为检测对象的目标行动信息库和作为检测依据的目标行动时空常识库,提出了一种目标行动的时空一致性检测问题的建模方法,在此基础上定义了目标行动时空一致性检测问题,并据此建立了目标行动的时空一致性的度量指标体系,设计了基于回答集编程(Answer Set Programming,ASP)的目标行动时空一致性检测算法。对相关典型军事目标活动信息的质量检测试验结果表明本研究成果具有应用参考价值。

Abstract: Target action information is an important component of intelligence data.A key criterion for the reliability of its action information is whether the target actions are spatio-temporally consistent.By formally defining a target action information repository as the detection object and a target action spatio-temporal knowledge base as the detection basis,a modeling method for the problem of spatio-temporal consistency detection of target actions is proposed.Based on this,the spatio-temporal consistency detection problem for target actions is defined,and a metric system for measuring spatio-temporal consistency is established.Finally,an algorithm for detecting the spatio-temporal consistency of target actions is designed using Answer Set Programming (ASP).The experimental results of quality detection for typical military target activity information indicate that the research findings have practical reference value.
