腔式宽光谱高吸收比标准器研制及测试分析

Development and Testing of Cavity Wide Spectrum High Absorption Standard

摘要: 为解决高吸收比极端量值溯源难题,基于腔式吸收器光陷阱作用,研制了吸收比达0.999以上、光谱范围为300~1 100 nm的腔式宽光谱高吸收比标准器并进行了性能测试。设计了圆柱圆锥形、球形和不同直径带螺纹圆柱形等腔式吸收器,使用Fred软件,基于Gouffe法和蒙特卡罗法对吸收率进行模拟,使用铝合金材料制作了内壁分别喷涂航空黑漆和电镀纳米涂层的两套实物,对实物进行了吸收比性能测试,分析研究不同形状和尺寸腔体对吸收率的影响。腔吸收器吸收率测试结果表明,腔口开孔直径为25 mm,内壁涂有吸收率为0.970的航空黑漆或纳米铜的球形腔和圆柱圆锥形腔更高,在300~1 100 nm波段范围平均吸收率达0.999以上。

Abstract: In order to ensure the traceability of high absorption measurement,based on cavity absorber’s light trap effect,a cavity wide spectrum high absorption standard with absorption of 0.999 and spectral range of 300~1 100 nm is developed and tested.The absorption of cylindrical conical,spherical,and threaded cylindrical absorbers with different diameters were designed and simulated by Fred software based on Gouffe and Monte Carlo methods.Two sets of aluminum alloy cavity absorber with different inner wall materials of aviation black paint and electroplated nano coating were made and tested,their absorption analysis of different cavity shapes and sizes is given.Result shows that the opening diameter of the cavity is 25 mm,the inner wall coating is aviation black paint or nano copper with an absorption of 0.970,the absorption of the cylindrical conical cavity and the spherical cavity absorber is higher,and the average absorption in 300~1 100 nm is above 0.999.
