新型回光反射标志的工业摄影测量精度测试

Industrial Photogrammetry Accuracy Testing of New Retro-Reflective Targets

摘要: 针对传统型回光反射标志圆度差造成的测量精度低的问题,设计了一种新型回光反射标志,即将圆度误差较小的圆孔模切片覆盖到玻璃微珠反光膜上制作而成,并通过测试得出新型回光反射标志比传统型回光反射标志的圆度误差平均减少了0.03 mm。建立了新型回光反射标志的像点中心定位模型,分析了模切片的厚度对像点中心定位精度的影响,并从内符合精度和外符合精度两方面对新型回光反射标志进行精度评估。试验结果表明,新型回光反射标志相对于传统型回光反射标志重复性测量精度与标准长度测量精度分别提高了25.0%和28.1%,证明了新型回光反射标志较高的测量性能。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low measurement accuracy caused by the poor roundness of the traditional type of retro-reflective target,a new type of retro-reflective target is designed,that is,the round hole mold slice with small roundness error is covered on the glass bead reflective film,and the new type of retro-reflective target is tested to reduce the roundness error of the traditional type retro-reflective target by an average of 0.03 mm.The image point center positioning model of the new retro-reflective target is established,the influence of the thickness of the mold slice on the center positioning accuracy of the image point is analyzed,and the accuracy of the new retro-reflective target is evaluated from the aspects of internal accord accuracy and external accord accuracy.The experimental results show that the repeatability measurement accuracy and standard length measurement accuracy of the new retro-reflective target are improved by 25.0% and 28.1% respectively compared with the traditional retro-reflective target,the high measurement performance of the new return light reflection mark is fully proved.
