摘要: 随着用户任务需求的增多,现代直升机功能日趋复杂并且长期处于复杂的使用环境中,机上所装载的大量测试类设备的精度会逐渐下降,计量保障人员必须定期检查上述关键测试类机载设备的精度指标,保证其处于完好状态。基于长期的直升机设计工作实践,本文总结了现有直升机计量保障中存在的问题,在现有可计量性及可计量性设计相关研究的基础上,明确了直升机可计量性和可计量性设计的概念和内涵,提出了直升机可计量性设计流程,进而构建了型号可计量性设计参考模型,可以为其他装备的可计量性设计提供流程参考。

Abstract: With the increase of tasks,the functions of modern helicopters become increasingly complex which they are in a complex operating environment for a long time.The accuracy of a large number of test equipment equipped on the helicopter will gradually decline.Metrology support personnel must regularly check the accuracy indicators of the above key test airborne equipment to ensure it is in good condition.Based on the long-term working practice of helicopter design,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the helicopter metrological support.On the basis of related research,the concept and connotation of measurability and measurability design of helicopter is cleared.Design process of helicopter measurability is propomeasurabilitysed,and reference model of measurability design is constructed,which can provide process reference for other equipment’s measurability design.
