摘要: 针对核相关滤波目标跟踪算法(KCF)在目标尺度变化、受到严重遮挡以及出视野等情况下跟踪失败的问题,从两个方面基于核相关滤波跟踪算法进行抗干扰设计。针对KCF在目标严重遮挡时其模板更新方法易造成模板污染的问题,提出增量式模板更新策略,以增强算法的鲁棒性;针对KCF缺乏处理目标尺度变化的能力,进行尺度自适应估计,以适应目标形态的变化。最后通过实验验证分析两种抗干扰设计的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the kernel correlation filtering target tracking algorithm (KCF) fails to track when the target scale changes, is severely occluded, and out of the field of view, the anti-jamming design is based on the kernel-related filtering tracking algorithm from two aspects. Aiming at the problem that KCF's template update method is likely to cause template pollution when the target is severely occluded, an incremental template update strategy is proposed to enhance the robustness of the algorithm; for KCF's lack of ability to deal with target scale changes, scale adaptive estimation is carried out. To adapt to changes in the target form. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the two anti-jamming designs are verified and analyzed through experiments
