储能型高功率脉冲激光器驱动技术研究

摘要: 介绍了一种高功率脉冲激光器的驱动方法。通过分析储能元件的储能特性和工作原理,提出并设计了储能型高功率脉冲激光器驱动电路,通过外部信号驱动MOSFET实现高重复频率脉冲输出,达到了脉宽25ns电流 30A的驱动性能。运用Multisim仿真分析,对电路原理进行验证,对电路参数进行了优化,最后对实际电路进行测试,与仿真结果完全吻合。该电路采用电感储能转换和储能释放的方式实现了储能型高功率脉冲激光器驱动电路的设计,在低压环境电路中具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract: A driving method of high power pulsed laser is introduced. By analyzing the energy storage characteristics and working principle of the energy storage element, the driving circuit of the energy storage type high power pulse laser is proposed and designed. The high repetition frequency pulse output is realized through the external signal driven MOSFET, and the driving performance of 25ns pulse width and 30A current is achieved. Using Multisim simulation analysis, the circuit principle is verified, the circuit parameters are optimized, and the actual circuit is tested at last, which is identical with the simulation results. This circuit realizes the design of energy storage high power pulse laser drive circuit by means of inductive energy storage conversion and energy storage release, which has wide application value in low voltage environment circuit.
