摘要: 本文主要阐述了低频电连接器外观检测和电性能测试中的接触电阻、绝缘电阻和介质耐电压的检测方法及其注意事项,提出为满足武器系统对低频电连接器耐恶劣环境、高可靠的特殊需求,有效保证武器型号系统中电连接器的质量,必须规范低频电连接器外观及电性能指标检测标准。本文可为从事低频电连接器检测工作的人员提供参考。

Abstract: In light of characteristics of electric connector used in weapon system and higher requirement of its reliability in bad environment, This paper researches on testing method of low-frequency electric connector used in weapon system. One test method of the electric connector’s appearance and properties is analyzed and summarized.A reference for electric connector test method and decision criteria is provided in this paper.
