摘要: 折转光管作为一种光线传递装置,被广泛应用于角度测量系统的光学传递中,但其制造误差却对传递准确度带来了直接影响。通过对折转光管传光特性的理论分析,推导了不同方向制造误差与光线传递偏转的关系公式,并根据其使用状态,阐述了几种不同的检测方法。

Abstract: The replicate light-tube is widely used in the optical angle measuring system,its manufacturing error directly influences the transfer accuracy. The expression formula between manufacturing error in different direction and the light transfer deflexion was derived, based on the theoretical analysis of optical transfer characteristic. Several measurement methods were provided for different using states.
