高准确度稳定平台的分析与设计

摘要: 根据船用稳定平台高准确度稳定性的需要,设计了“粗精组合式”的两级稳定平台方案。“粗级稳定平台”采用基于二自由度挠性陀螺和加速度计的惯性稳定平台方式。由于受到陀螺本身准确度的影响,“粗级稳定平台”只能达到一个初步的稳定状态,保证目标在测量设备的视场范围内。为达到高准确度跟踪测试目的,避免由于平台基座的运动干扰而使视轴发生晃动,造成图像模糊等的影响,设计“精级稳定平台”来实现高准确度稳定功能。对粗精组合的两级稳定平台进行充分分析,并以“精级稳定平台”为例,详细介绍了其结构设计,并应用有限元软件对设计结果进行验证。

Abstract: According to the demand of high accuracy stabilized platform of shipborne, combining two-stage stabilized platform scheme was designed. Coarse stage stabilized platform is an intestinally stabilized platform including a two-degree-of-freedom gyro and two accelerometres. For the connatural precision of the gyro, a basal steady state was obtained by the coarse stage stabilized platform which ensured seeing the target. In order to reach the highaccuracy target tracking, and avoiding the shake of the sight axis, and result in the blurry image, the accurate stage stabilized platform was designed. Combing twostage stabilized platform is analyzed and designed. The structural design and ANSYS analyses were introduced and analyzed particularly.
