The authors start with the brief demonstration of MLS stimulator and its metrology specifications. Then, they present the research achievements on automatic metrology system for MLS simulator, including the construction and key technology of the hardware subsystem, the core process and architecture of the software subsystem. They lastly use the automatic metrology system for some MLS simulators verification/calibration. The application shows that the findings have surmounted technical difficulties of MLS simulator metrology support and ensured the parameters accuracy and consistency of MLS airborne equipment, which make sense for improving flight safety.

On-wafer S-parameter measurement system has been widely applied in bare chip measurement in the semiconductor industry, but the current situation of the ineffective traceability of domestic on-wafer S-parameter measurement system has influenced the R&D process of high-end bare chip products. To develop the calibration capacity of this measurement, this paper developed strip on-wafer calibration standard, on-wafer transmit calibration standard and on-wafer verification standard, built high accuracy on-wafer S-parameter transmit standard calibration system, traced on-wafer S-parameter to geometric basis through HFSS simulation method, and then finally built the calibration capacity with on-wafer S-parameter transmit parameter , laid the technical foundation for completing the on-wafer S-parameter measurement system finally.|

In consideration of the limits of the testing methods for receiver′s nonlinear characteristic given by GJB 151B, this paper presents a fast interference response testing technique based on the automated double frequency system. Experimental testing and analysis of receiver is performed here as an application example, which includes the detection and recognition of all the nonlinear interference response under scanning frequency (4~6)GHz. Testing results are pretty valuable for the estimation of the actual environment adaptation of the receiver and system in severe EME.

For satellite navigation systems,the multi-channel parallel navigation signals will be synthesized by the navigation antenna beam forming system needs to have strict phase consistency. This paper presents a multi-channel pseudo range measurement method to measure the relative delay of multi-channel navigation signals based on carrier phase. By the joint calculation method of carrier phase and pseudo code phase, the extremely distance accuracy of 1ps is achieved. And then, the strict phase consistency without difference of the carrier cycles is realized.

Time comparison realized by precise point positioning (PPP) can be easily influenced by random noise. Therefore, it is essential to separate noise from signals in time series. In this paper, an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) based de-nosing method for time comparison data firstly is presented. Furthermore, the proposed method is compared with the Vondrak filter. It is shown that the developed method is comparable with the Vondrak filter, and can improve the stability of time transfer noticeably.

A new method for amplitude measurement based on time comb technology is introduced in this paper. The principle of time comb is given, and its characteristic is analyzed .The principle is used in data acquisition of high frequency. Equivalent sampling technology is abstained,avoiding high sampling frequency and combined with autocorrelation and multilayer autocorrelation technology,Then amplitude is detected when the Nyquist sampling theorem is not satisfied. Simulation results shows that the high resolution for high frequency signals especially in low signalnoise ratio condition.

An improved adaptive method was introduced in this paper. With this method, a novel portable precision air enclosure which was able to choose different control strategies according to the temperature difference between inside and outside the enclosure could be designed. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional inductor detection methods, a new digital inductor detection method proposed, based on the principle of eddy current using advanced digital inductive transformer as sensor,through Printed Circuit Board(PCB) inductor to detect metal is detected.Transfered the detection results data to digital, used an Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) connecting to an Advanced RISC Machines ortex-M4 in order to implement high-speed,high-sensitivity metal detection.The test results show that the device overcame the shortcomings of the traditional inductor detection which had poor performances of anti-interference, analogy interface,less accurate etc. It fulfilled high-speed, high reliable data transmission, at the same time it made measurement accuracy up to sub-micron precision. Inductive sensing equipment had many applications such as precise measurement of distance,angle,motion displacement and compression.

The normal operation of the satellite requires the data transmission and management of inter-satellite network with reliability, timeliness, security, therefore transport tasks can be completed within the time prescribed. Hence an appropriate data transmission and management scheme should be designed to meet those requirements.1553B busbased data transmission has many advantages such as high transmission speed, good reliability and strong timeliness, thus 1553B bus is chosen as the data bus of the inter-satellite network. What’s more, a suitable data transmission and management scheme is proposed. This scheme reasonably designs the data structures, data types, network type, data transmission mechanism, data transmission process and data transmission time sequence. Finally, the data transmission and management scheme is tested on testing platform, test result shows that this scheme has high transmission speed, low error rate, good real-time performance and it meets the requirements.
